NEWS and ARTIST'S NOTES August 2008 Open Studios of Washington County, NY is gearing up for their 2009 event. The director and founder of the project, Serena Kovalosky, is planning to expand the event to include several new professional artists which will surely please art buyers. The next Open Studios Tour will take place in July 2009. Watch the Open Studios website for updates, or join the mailing list. Creative Warriors are planning an All-Warriors Show in the spring of 2009. Since 2003, Serena Kovalosky has been facilitating goal-oriented co-mentoring groups for artists and writers in Canada and upstate New York. This show will exhibit the artists and writers who have set artistic goals and who have worked to help each other achieve their highest aspirations. Website will go online in September.
